On January 3, 2019, the Company entered into a cash advance agreement with Citadel Securities LP (“CSLP”), an affiliate, for the year ended December 31, 2019. The loan advances are interest free and payable on demand. As of December 31, 2019, loans payable to affiliate was $391 million and is reflected on the statement of financial condition.
